Kaveri Nisargadhama is a scenic island located on the Cauvery River. Surrounded by the Cauvery River, the 64-acre island is accessible via a suspension bridge. The beautiful picnic area is covered with thick bamboo, sandalwood and teak trees. Nisargadhama is located on the Cauvery River near Kushalnagar in the Kodagu District of Karnataka, India. It is located at a distance of 3 km from Kushal Nagar. Attractions include elephant rides, boating, a deer park, a children’s park and an orchidarium. There are beautiful riverside cottages here. Five people can stay in a deluxe cottage on the stilts that flow around the Cauvery. The cost of huts ranges from Rs 600 to Rs 1,000.
