The Kakkur Bullfield is home to one of the oldest and largest agricultural festivals in South India. Agriculture is a community where human beings and nature come together. Kakkooru is a village in Ernakulam district in the Indian state of Kerala, India. The cattle ranch started as a market selling agricultural produce in the early days and later grew into the agricultural masterpiece it is today. Today it is led by the Grama Panchayat and the Kakkur Cultural Center. Attractions of the agricultural mammoth include bullfighting, woodcarving, bullfighting, madrasa, horse racing, flower fair, agricultural exhibition and cultural parade. All these are five days of festivities for Kakkur village.
