The Hoogly Bridge, which connects the Kolkata and Howrah cities, is the largest cable-stay bridge in Asia. It is also known as Vidyasagar Sethu. The Hoogly Bridge is the second bridge build across the River Hoogly after the world-famous Howrah Bridge. The length of this bridge is 823m. It is the third-largest cable bridge in the world.
