By The Brindavan Garden is situated below the Krishnaraja Sagar Dam which is in the Kaveri River in Mysore. Brindavan Garden is one of the most beautiful terrace gardens in the world. This garden has different varieties of flowers and trees. You can enjoy the animal sculptures with clipping shrubs, water fountains, lake for boating, the garden designed in three terraces. It is spread across 60 acres. The diwan of Mysore Sir Mizra Ismail built this garden in the 1927-1932 period. The main attraction of this garden is the water fountains at night time. The view of water dancing in different colors to the song from the modern sound system is amazing. Brindavan Garden has park for children, hydraulic research station, and fisheries station. In the garden a beautiful sculpture of goddess Kaveri is built below the dam. This is a very famous film shooting location. There is a fruit orchard and horticulture farm close to this garden. The perfect time to visit is after the sunset so that you can enjoy the water show and nighttime. Visiting time is from 8 am to 9 pm and the Music Fountain Show is from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
