St. Mary’s Islands is a small group of islands off the coast of Malpe near Udupi in Karnataka, India. These islands are like Caribbean beaches, with sky-high, beautiful and wide beaches with plenty of blue. Malpe Beach is located at a distance of 6 km from Udupi. Buses are available from Udupi station to Malpe at any time. Malpe is a harbor area. This island is a good place to visit for those in Kerala. The island is listed by the Geological Survey of India as a geological monument and is believed to have been formed by volcanic eruptions millions of years ago. These are large boats so the boat can only be picked up by a minimum of 30 people. The ticket charge is Rs 250 and Rs 150 for children. St. Mary’s Islands is a beautiful beach surrounded by lush greenery and rock formations.
