Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is one of the largest bird parks in the world. The park is home to more than 3000 birds of more than 200 species. Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is one of the most important tourist destinations in the country. 200,000 visitors visit here daily. Founded in 1888, the park is located on a 60-hectare beautiful artificial lake. Built in 1991, the park covers 20.9 acres. Includes an artificial lake, National Monument, Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park, Deer Park, Orchid and Hibiscus Gardens. There are local birds as well as imported birds.
