Thowal is a small village in the Kanyakumari District of the state of Tamil Nadu. The Murukan Kovil on the top of the village is very famous. Towala is the first in Asia to generate wind power. The floral market in Thovala is very famous. In Kerala, flowers come mainly from Thovala.
