Kottukkal Caves Temple is a one of a kind temple built in Kottukkal in Ittiva Panchayath near Anchal in Kollam District, India. Built between the 6th and 8th centuries, this temple is an example of Cut Rock architecture. There are two Shivalingas in the two chambers and the rock is placed on a pedestal. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, Nandi and Hanuman. There is no such thing as a welfare for the victims. Kottukkal Cave Temple is located about 45 km from Kollam town.
