Bentota is a coastal town in Sri Lanka. It is a popular tourist destination with beautiful beaches and hotels. The coastal town of Kosgoda is 11k m away. There is a sea turtle conservation project here. The sea turtle hatchery hatches turtle eggs and hatches them into the sea. Entry fee is 300 Sri Lankan rupees. Once inside, we will come up with a guide to explain to you the many steps involved in hatching turtle eggs and leaving them in the sea. There is also a very rare white turtle. Various species of turtles can be found here, such as the green turtle, the bird’s tortoise and the star.
