The Pulluvars are a prominent Scheduled Caste community in Kerala. In the past, children used to sing Navarre songs in their homes. This is a Pulluvan song performed by a couple from the Pulluvan community. Pulluvan sings a song to change the eyesight of small children. Pulluvan Pattu is a song that stands out in the ancient folk culture. It is also a ritual art that includes serpents and serpent statues in the Golden Temples.
