By Vasyappara is a popular trekking spot in the Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary, near the town of Marayoor in Devikulam Taluk in Idukki District in the state of Kerala. To reach Vasaippara, one has to walk 7 km from the Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary. The views from the hut in Vasiappara are beautiful.
