It is a quiet place away from traffic and no crowds. If you go under the bridge, you can enjoy the nice breeze and get a good view up close. Those who just go there to see the site, usually spend 20 to 40 minutes. Beautiful views of large volumes of thick and fast flowing water. It is beautiful to stand near the water. A great experience standing under the bridge in the rain.
