Those coming from Chingavanam, drive pass the Parathumpara junction for 2 km and turn right on Puthupally Panachikadu temple road and slight left to Ambattu Kadavu. This area is also called Eravinallor–Panachikakkadu temple road. There is parking available right next to the pocket road to temple. Otherwise there is space to park on the road side near to ambal fields.Ambattu kadavu near Eravinalloor village full bloom of water lilies. Ambal fields spread over a vast area of land, covering both sides of the road send the road send the visitors into trance. There are few ‘valloms’ or boats that take tourists to the interiors of the fields, on one side of the road. It’s better to reach the location by 6:30 in the morning. Ice cream vendors and flower vendors are also seen in full action here. Nice dark pink color wherever you look in the water. That was the view of Ambat Kadavu. The village is drenched in amber fields that stretch as far as the eye can see. Tourists are amazed to see the amber flowers blooming on the acres of land. The amber blooms here in the months of August and September every year.
